Overwhelmed by choices for a river cruise we decided to work with a travel agent for our river cruise in Europe. Within a day, Maureen found exactly what we were looking for that fit our schedule and budget. She was prompt with replies to our questions and when our outbound flight was canceled due to weather, she spent hours trying to rebook our flights. Due to the disruption in our plans, she also took care of the changes on our arrival at the destination. She was calm, reassuring, and helpful at every step of the way.

Maureen was helpful, responsive and always willing to make things work the way we needed them to. We took our family of 5 to Las Vegas, Bryce Canyon, Antelope Canyon, the Grand Canyon and Phoenix AZ. Great vacation, accommodating hotels at a reasonable price.

Ms. Janke was truly terrific! My trip is very involved because we were not taking a tour as we usually do. We were going on our own to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We had lots of places that we just "had to see" on the itinerary. She did her research and was very helpful in making sure that we were able to create a trip that would be a family favorite for years to come. She suggested opportunities for unique exploration that I did not know about. It is important when spending your hard earned money for a trip that things go smoothly. A travel agent "has your back". Maureen was there for us to answer all questions and find those little out of the way places that make memories. Maureen is that travel agent to help you have either a trip of a lifetime or just a quick fun weekend trip.
Our trip was canceled due to the Coronavirus. That is where the quality travel agent really comes in handy. I made one call to Maureen and she took care of all of the cancellations.

I will ALWAYS use a travel agent now
Maureen provided an excellent service, and her help proved invaluable. I told her what I wanted and what I wanted to spend- a girls weekend at an adults only all exclusive in Mexico with great spa services. She suggested a resort I had never heard of, and would have NEVER considered because it’s well out of my price range according to the online sites. And the resort was AMAZING! Airfare and transportation were taken care of by Maureen. The trip would have been more expensive if I booked it on my own, and I didn’t have the headache. Thank you!
