I’ve spent a large amount of time learning about the many resort hotels, the restaurants, the recreation, and of course the parks themselves. Especially since they are all constantly changing! Disney is known for creating memories and making dreams come true. The memories those trips have created will be with me forever.

Minnesota is my home and I’ve enjoyed helping plan Disney vacations for families here in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul since I started in this business over 30 years ago. Over the years that has expanded to include families all over the United States.

A Walt Disney World vacation is not a one-size-fits-all situation. Are you traveling with a large multi-generational group with an age range of 5 to 75? Are you traveling with friends and looking for an “Adult Disney” experience? Are you a family of four, taking your children to Walt Disney World for the first time?

For first timers, it’s my job to help you to navigate through the overwhelming amount of information that can be found on the internet. When I tell people that I've traveled to Peru with “Adventures by Disney”, many look at me quizzically and ask, “What’s that? I’ve never heard of it!” or even “So Disney has a theme park in Peru?” What is Adventures by Disney? It is phenomenal adventures that can take you across the globe to where stories actually begin. And who better to tell you the stories of the world than Disney? A company that has been telling us stories for as long as we can remember through books, movies, Broadway plays, and now through travel around the world! And the answer is no, Disney does not have a theme park in Peru.

Most of us have travel destinations on our “bucket list”. Places that we ache to visit at some point in our lives. Many have experienced just a small taste of adventure during their past vacations and find themselves hungry for more. And I think it's fair to say that everyone wants to have new experiences and see new places, surrounded by the ones we love.

If you have ever traveled to the Disney theme parks or on Disney Cruise Line, you’re familiar with the excellent level of service they provide. So you can just imagine the service they offer when taking you to places like Germany, Ireland, Australia, and China. With the assistance of some of the best guides in the business as well as local experts, you will see and do amazing things! You'll be immersed in the culture of the destination you visit through it's people and their customs. You will explore the natural beauty of the land around you. And you'll get to try exhilarating experiences that will take your breath away! Whitewater rafting in Peru, take a safari in Africa, snorkel alongside sea turtles in the Galapagos Islands, explore ancient ruins in Cambodia, zipline through the rainforests of Costa Rica, and learn Flamenco dancing in Spain. Junior Adventurers will make pizza in Italy or go on a scavenger hunt inside the Louvre in Paris.

I can honestly tell you that the Adventures by Disney vacations I’ve taken so far have truly been the most amazing trips I have ever done. With every detail taken care of. Doing things I could never have done on my own. My needs met before I knew there was something I needed. And that’s saying something coming from a travel agent who spends her days covering all the details!

Attention to detail

Laurie has had attention to every detail of our traveling, things that I never would have thought of Laurie has covered!! She has helped us before, during and after our vacations. We have had experiences we have contacted her for while traveling such as illness that she was able to make phone calls on the home front taking the worry out of details for us. After working with her over the past few years, she knows what things we like to do and puts together travel plans for us that we would not think of!

Another Great Memory!

Amazing trip that save me time in planning!

Laurie was extremely patient with all my questions and she thought of things I I missed. She responded very quickly to my questions and set up a great trip for us which saved me a lot of time.
